Steps to Effective Coaching

Overview
One of the essential responsibilities of a successful supervisor/manager is to help employees meet expectations and become more productive. This workshop is designed to show supervisors/managers how to communicate specific expectations; remove any obstacles that get in the way; and inspire employees who are already doing well to do even better.
