Interactive Learning

Program Part I

Overview
The students have to take samples out from their theoretical lesson and their future daily job descriptions to form a role-play. The students have to assemble a very realistic situation and perform the situation again and again to really feel themselves in that situation, to see their customers and colleagues reaction in different perspectives and in the end creating different solutions, but all this not in a theoretical manner, instead they have to perform the situations themselves.

Benefit

The advantage for students is:

  1. In active role plays students will be able to confront with their future real job situations in a guided manner.
  2. In real situations decisions have to be made in a very short time, through the basis of these practical exercises they will be able to perform their tasks more efficiently.
  3. Students get the possibility to recall theoretic learned topics in a different, practical way to develop them to a deep inner based instrument.
  4. Students get the chance to release at lot of inside pressure while these lessons to be able to get new and more theoretic input.

Program Part II

Overview
The students have to take samples out of their theoretic studies, their future daily job description and their personal life to create a moving non conversational scene. Every human has a language based on words, but there is also the specific language of their bodies. Let me give you a simple example: Students will be involved in their professional life with people who are saying in discussions: yes; but their body is telling clearly: no. This antagonism is in a professional way often very difficult to handle. Students will have to perform these movements again and again to feel their own body language in comparison to their partners, customers and colleagues.

Benefit

The advantage for students is:

  1. They will learn first about their own body language to understand what impression other people perceive from them.
  2. Students will get the chance to learn how to interpret this language from their counterparts.
  3. Through these practical movement lessons students will learn the differences between spoken language and body language and how to deal with this antagonism to find the best solutions for daily job problems.
  4. These lessons are body orientated movement actions, so that the students will have also a different “sport” lesson, but based on fantasy training. Students can release a lot of inside stress to be prepared to continue with a fresh mind the theoretical studies.

Program Part III

Overview
The students will prepare within one year a stage performance based on an English literature story. In the end of the program they will have to perform this act in front of an audience.

Benefit

The advantage for students is:

  1. They will learn how to use English language in a different way to add speaking abilities, and learn about the different effects of the diversity of the colors of the language and their impacts.
  2. Students will get the chance to learn how to speak and perform, projecting their own personality in front of a big audience, this lesson will give them the chance to be in presentations professional interactive as a confident representative.
  3. Shy students will learn how to express themselves more openly. Confident students will learn how to tone down their strong opinions and use them to develop a collective project successfully based on emancipated team work.
  4. The program is based on fantasy training, so students will learn how to use their fantasy special in these kind of daily repeated actions to make them more interesting and colorful to learn how to reproduce everyday occurrences like the very first time. Let me give you a small example: if students’ job is required to welcome customers every single day. After a numerous times of greeting the customers with a simple “Good morning, Sir” will eventually wear them down and become mechanical and meaningless. Through this program students will learn how to express this greeting meaningfully each time.
  5. Certain difficult situations need extraordinary decisions; through the inner based instrument that they have developed within themselves based on their imagination and the role-plays these students will be able to handle those difficult situation/jobs, by coming out with extra remarkable solutions.
