Key Performance Indicators

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are vital signs of a company’s performance.  They help to measure the company’s progress towards achieving its business goals. In the past, KPIs were commonly used in measuring the progress and success of business activities and strategies.  However, in recent years, more and more organizations have incorporated KPIs into staff performance management system to enable their staff to give their best towards the success of the organization.

Course Objectives
In this one day workshop, participants will learn about:

  • The three levels of KPIs
  • How to translate Company and functional KPIs into individual KPIs
  • The cascading effect of applying KPIs throughout the organization
  • Using SMART principle in setting individual KPIs
