Persuasive Power Presentations
Introduction
We have been requested to submit a proposal to conduct One-day training workshop for the employees of Deutsche Lufthansa AG. The main training elements should be experiential role-play exercise-based learning.

Objectives
At the end of the training and coaching day, the participant(s) will be able to: 

  1. Develop the self-image to give you the edge in every presentation
  2. Focus on the key message deliverable using special techniques
  3. Understand and practice the rules of thumb for every presentation
  4. Better equip with public speaking skills and learn how to be persuasive, project positive image, communicate ideas with clarity and possess the confidence when doing presentation

Methodology

The training methodologies are:
  • Role-Play exercise
  • Power Point Presentation
  • Open discussion
  • One-on-one coaching

Programme Outline

Day 1 – 9 am to 12 pm

Persuasive Power Presentations II: Using the Visual Aids

  • Understand the golden rules for best presentation
  • Understand your Target Audience
  • Connect with your Target Audience
  • Nonverbal Communication – Using Eye Contact, Facial Expression, Gestures and Posture
  • Do and Don’t during presentation
  • Demo

Day 1 – 1.00 pm to 5 pm

  • Using Graphics and Visual Aids Effectively
  • PowerPoint vs. Flip Charts
  • Props
  • Your Appearance
  • Do & Don’t for PowerPoint slides
  • Demo

Day 2 – 9.00 am to 5 pm

Coaching Session (with video-taped) – Presentation Exercise Participants will use the following major elements of the template when doing short presentation exercise include:
  • Structure / Organization
  • Content
  • Language
  • Voice quality
  • Nonverbal communication
  • Effectiveness
  • Visuals
